Tom Davison is president of the Oil and Gas Group at Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Technical Solutions division. He is responsible for HII’s work in engineering and design; commissioning and start-up; surveying and inspection; construction management; project and program management; operations and maintenance support; feasibility and economic studies; geospatial/geomatics services; and flow assurance.
Davison also serves as president of HII’s UniversalPegasus International subsidiary and has more than 38 years of pipeline and upstream oil and gas experience. Domestic projects include major cross-country transmission pipelines and facilities as well as major crude oil developments, gas production facilities and CO2-enhanced oil recovery projects. His international experience includes projects in South America, Africa, India and the Middle East.
He is a 1978 graduate of Southern Illinois University.
