Joe Reale is president of the Integrated Mission Solutions Group at Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Technical Solutions division. He is responsible for HII’s work in C4ISR engineering and software integration; unmanned systems integration and engineering; modeling and simulation tools and solutions; training simulator development; mobile applications and network engineering; emergency preparedness training and exercises; intelligence and language analysis; data analytics; and digital platform strategy.
Reale previously served as senior vice president, shared services, at Camber Corporation, a government services provider acquired by HII in 2016. He joined Camber in 2012 with more than 20 years of government services experience focused on new business growth, shared services delivery and strategy.
He previously served as vice president for the Defense Solutions Group at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He has a broad range of experience and capability covering M&A integration, change management and margin improvement. Prior to working in the defense services market, Reale was a small business entrepreneur, starting several successful businesses, including a retail clothing chain.
Reale has a bachelor of science in finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
